Saint Laurent, presented its fall-winter 2019/20 collection at the heart of the Trocadéro fountains in Paris. A transformed podium with a black light tunnel, hundreds of pulsating light bulbs and endless mirrors that allowed the models to become glow sticks and fluorescent footwork out of their high heels.
In this collection Anthony Vaccarello, artistic director, finds his inspiration in the science fiction of the 80s, with ultra-exaggerated shoulders, ultra-short shorts, hats with rhinestones disco style, micro-mini evening dresses with a volume amazing and, most importantly, a breathtaking fluorescent finish. Towards the end of the parade of fur coats and feathers with a black light unveiling the spirit of Saint Laurent. A practical collection to go to party.
