Olivier Lapidus, launched its new concept: a Digital Couture House native to the net. It offers its customers, every season, and throughout the year, on the principle of « see now, buy now », an e-parade in the form of a web-film.
The customers can follow, via web-clips way pen cameras of the filmmakers of the Nouvelle Vague, the main stages of design and realization of their models. Manufacturing secrets, high-flying embroidery, details of passementerie, final touches of finishes: everything is subject to comments of the creator to illuminate his know-how. Even on the internet, sewing remains the long time, the time of exceptional craftsmanship.
The web then becomes an open window on the workshops, a dive into the creative universe of the couturier.
The instantaneousness of the internet comes to animate the time of the sewing: an e-sewing experience.

For this first collection, Olivier Lapidus was very inspired by his mother who posed for large houses of sewing and jewelry. These revisited childhood images have inspired a collection of pure form and powdery colors, a « lost paradise » of sorts, where flowers, jewelry, embroidered complex and meticulous way, are real pieces of jewelry.

At the same time, a collection of ready-to-wear, in limited edition, is the subject of its own e-show and a web series detailing the different stages of manufacturing models. A graphic collection, privileging straight lines, mainly composed of black and white models and playing with delicate materials. The chiffon and the organza thus bring keys of transparency, which are intercalated between the satiny reflections of the ziberline on dresses of cocktail or in the evening.
Eight haute couture dresses and eight dresses in limited series, accompanied by their accessories, make up these
Two first capsule collections playing on the lucky number of China and its symbolic of the infinite.
