Celia Kritharioti has virtuously created the Spring Summer 2018 Collection in the Quartier des Dieux, Athens, Greece. This collection pays homage to romance: it is an ode to the craft and the art of sewing, which celebrates the exceptional skills of seamstresses, embroiderers, feather designers and boot makers. Celia Kritharioti continues a long tradition of an art form that has been manufactured in Athens by the same fashion house since 1906.
State-of-the-art embroidered boots and mini dresses that emphasize the female body and express feminine empowerment. Ethereal nymphs that shine like morning dewdrops in gossamer cocktail dresses embroidered with semi-precious stones and Couture ankle boots. Fairy-tale characters that emphasize narrow sizes make their entrance just before the geometric, pleated and voluminous evening dresses inspired by the splendor and symmetry of Greek architecture.
Fine lace that took months to embroider, and silk tulle becomes the canvas on which these unique creations were made while the organza in soft pastels completes the spring summer collection; A collection created under the Greek sky, where love for Couture meets the Greek soul.
