Anton Belinskiy, presented his fall winter collection 2019-2020 at the Forum des Halles in Paris. In this season, the designer has made a statement that summarizes the thought of this collection. “At a New Year’s kindergarten party I was once a stargazer. For this collection I dressed all the mothers and children of that 1997 play.”

UTRENNIK (from УТРО – meaning “The Morning”) is a traditional New Year’s celebration still held at kindergartens in the former Soviet Union. The children dress up in handmade costumes, perform a play and a dance, and recite poems for parents and guests. Ded Moroz (Father Frost i.e. Santa Claus) visits the children along with his granddaughter Snegurochka (the Snow Maiden).
